The Abbey Bike Tools 4-way precision multi-tool is the perfect choice to carry with you while on a ride. We designed this beautiful green anodized tool to fit into a compact saddle bag, riding wallet, or tuck into a jersey pocket. Everybody makes a multi-tool and there's a little bit of everything on the market, so what's different about ours? All of the little things that add up to one nice little tool. A multi tool is only as good as it's tool engagement so that's where we started. If you're familiar with other Abbey tools you've no doubt noticed that they fit tighter than anything else out there and this one is no different. We use precision stainless steel bits that fit like a glove into the bolts on your modern bike. They wont strip out fasteners like the cheap offshore made tools that are so common in the bike world. They also won't rust into a ugly brown color after a season in a saddle bag. The next part of the multi-tool is the chassis, for this we used our favorite US drawn aluminum alloy and built a 4 position frame to hold the bits. At first glance the tool looks like it might be cumbersome but once you get it in your hand you realize how simple and effective the ergonomics of the tool are. Offering good leverage for all of the small fasteners on your bike, be it the precision adjustment of limit screws or adjusting the handle bars because you had one beer too many when you bolted them down late last night. We suggest buying a tool for each of your bikes and leaving the tool stored away until needed. The unique thing about our Saw Guide is that the clamp is open, so you can slide it around the steer tube instead of having to slide it over the end. It doesn't sound like that big of a deal but it means you can get an accurate and square cut without taking the fork off the bike and more importantly without taking all the cables out of the bike. Use this tool once for that application and it's paid for itself. Of course it will work on normal steer tubes as well and give you a nice square cut every time. The guide is two sided, one side for standard toothed metal cutting blades and the opposite side is wider for abrasive blades used to cut composites. You can also use the guide in a vise like you're probably use to and it's pretty compact if you want to travel with it. These gems are machined to precisely fit the preload adjuster cap on all modern 24mm spindle Shimano cranks. The finger spline offers good leverage to install, remove, or adjust the preload cap. We also added a 5mm hex in the center should you need a little extra leverage that a hex key provides. These are also compatible with our fit kits and with the addition of a saddle height bullet can be used to more accurately measure saddle height.

Suspension service is a specialty within bicycle repair, and it takes specialized tools to perform this work. One of the things that any factory tech will tell you is nice to have are sockets specifically made or altered for the low profile hex on the top of each fork leg. The lead-in or chamfer on a standard socket will greatly decrease the contact between tool and part and can easily scratch or deform those nuts. For years shops have been grinding down their sockets to remove the chamfer. The problem is that you're still often left with a loose-fitting socket that is still prone to chewing up those delicate parts. That's why we started from scratch. We made our sockets from billet aluminum to exacting tolerances to keep these parts in good shape. Fully CNC-machined with zero lead-in, they make the specialty that is suspension service a little bit easier. They feature a 3/8" square drive for use with your favorite torque wrench as well as finger splines to help run the top caps into the fork legs with those oil soaked hands. Bearing drift designed for the SRAM DUB crank platform and use with the Abbey Bike Tools Modular bearing press. SRAM recently launched a new crank platform called DUB to improve bearing durability and compatibility that modern frames have dictated. This 28.99mm spindle and its press fit bottom bracket requires some special drifts to install correctly. We worked with the crew at SRAM to develop tools for this and came up with some simple and important tweaks from a standard bearing drift. These drifts have a tapered boss that forces the small O ring into its gland. A normal drift with a square boss can easily tear the fragile O ring that helps with bearing durability. So this basic modification makes sure your bottom bracket retains the durability it was designed to have. - Comes as a set of two drifts

This tool is compatible with all outboard bearing cups that our dual-sided Shimano socket doesn't fit, including Campagnolo, SRAM, FSA, and older Shimano. These gems start as a 7075 aluminum billet and get precisely machined. We take the time to put some nice deep finger splines in this tool so you can thread the cup into the frame by hand with those greasy fingers you haven't washed in a while. - Hard anodized and laser-engraved with torque specs. - Use your favorite 3/8" square drive ratchet or torque wrench to tighten it down.

While most other manufacturers cast or forge their bottom bracket tools, we machine ours for greater precision. Whenever you're dealing with anodized surfaces, great care needs to be taken to keep those surfaces from getting marred, gouged, and stripped out. That can be nearly impossible with some spanner style tools, and difficult with other loose-fitting sockets. The most unique feature about this tool is the inner nub; that nub in the center of the tool is the same size as the crank spindle. What this does is give you a second point of contact that keeps the tool from coming off of the part when trying to remove stubborn cups. This dual sided socket is designed to work with the new Shimano DA-9000/XTR-BB93 bottom bracket as well 6800 Ultegra and 5800 105 11spd groups (BBR-60).

Two years in the making, this chain tool is built to stand the test of time. The threaded body and lead screw are made from cro-moly and receive a low friction powder vapor deposition (PVD) coating to give it a silky feel you've never felt in a chain tool before. Large handles ensure ease of use with any chain. The freely rotating pin is made from a shock rated tool steel and will likely last as long as the rest of the tool. Coming in at roughly 265 grams, the Team Issue Titanium Hammer is a big weight savings over more traditional hammers. The soft face is replaceable with commonly available 1" threaded faces. At 12" long, it's compact but still long enough to remove those stubborn bearings. We finish off the Team Issue hammer with a custom silicone grip from ESI to give a bit of cushion from the all-metal construction.

This dishing gauge is fully machined from big billets of aluminum to a final shape and accuracy that's as nice to use as it is to look at. Compatible with wheels from 20-29 inches and all hub combinations. Standoff feet are included for checking dish with the tire in place, even the big fat ones. The gauge uses a unique spring-loaded mechanism to drop the plunger. Press that little brass button on the front and the plunger will drop to the face of the hub. No archaic time-sucking threaded indicators here!
